This Privacy Policy describes how Tasytt Inc. collects, uses, and stores information collected from a user of the tasytt.com website or obie.ai websites and the Obie bot. This privacy policy applies to the websites, the bot, and all products and services offered by Tasytt Inc... and YOU!

Personal identification information

We collect the following:

• Your name from the platform you're using Obie on, so Obie knows how to address you.
• Your email from the platform you're using Obie on, so we can uniquely identify you in our system.
• Your User ID from the platform you're using Obie on, as an additional form of unique identification.
• Your activity when you interact with Obie, including search queries, upvotes/downvotes, clicks on search results, and dashboard usage. We anonymize this data and provide analytics to the administrators on your team. We also use it to train Obie specifically for your team only.

You may visit the sites anonymously but use of the bot cannot be done anonymously. We collect personal identification information from you only if you give it to us. You can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent you from using certain features of the websites and the bot.1f

We collect the following:

• Your activity when using Obie is also used to make him smarter for everyone. We take the raw text of a search without any identifiers like id, name, or email and use those queries to train Obie's natural language understanding.

The collection of this data can't be used to identify you but is rather used to let us to provide the best service we can on the websites and through the bot.

Web browser cookies

Our websites use "cookies" to enhance your experience. Your web browser places cookies on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about you. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, note that some parts of the websites may not function properly.

How we use collected information

In addition to the methods explained above, we may use your personal information for the following:

• To improve customer service; Information you provide helps us better respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
• To personalize user experience; We may use information anonymously to better understand how everyone as a whole uses the services and resources we provide
• To improve the websites and the bot; We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

How we protect your information

Sharing your personal information

We NEVER sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. EVER. Period. Full stop. The end.

Data retention

Information is kept for up to five (5) years after a paying client stops using the Sites or the Bot. After this period is up, ALL encrypted sensitive text, encrypted forms, unencrypted text, images, videos, and audio will be deleted from our servers. After the deletion occurs, the information can't be restored and should be considered gone forever.

The California Consumer Protection Act ("CCPA") has got you covered! As mentioned above, we don't sell your information. We also outline how we store/delete your data above and in our Terms of Use. We have the right to update this privacy policy whenever we feel like it. When we do, we will change the updated date at the bottom. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to stay "in the know" about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
